Start with how the space is used
A kitchen, storeroom, office, garage or shared area each has its own everyday routine. Tell us what normally happens in the affected space and where the first sign appeared.
This might be ants beside food, droppings near stored goods, movement inside a wall or insects under an appliance. There is no need to decide which pest caused it before you call.
Then describe what interrupted the routine
Explain what looked, sounded or felt different. Mention when you first noticed it and whether it has happened again. Tell us whether the area has since been cleaned, moved, repaired or sprayed.
If you already have a photo, send it along, but you can still begin without one. Tell us about a different clue elsewhere so each area can be checked properly.
The visit stays practical for that space
The technician begins in the area you described and checks other relevant places that are accessible. We will talk through the findings before suggesting what should happen next.
When treatment is appropriate, we will set out the work, preparation and advice for afterwards. For a rental, managed property or workplace, let us know who can provide access. Tell us about operating hours or locked areas.
If the change could be termites
If you find live termites or mud-like workings, leave the area undisturbed. Do not spray them or break the workings open.
A termite inspection allows the technician to check the relevant accessible areas for signs of activity. We will explain the findings and discuss the treatment or management options for the property.
