Termites can stay concealed behind walls, under floors, inside roof voids and around hidden entry points. By the time damage becomes obvious, activity may have been present for some time.
Whether you've spotted something or just want to know where you stand, an inspection is the place to start.
What we look at
A property-wide view of termite risk
We check the areas we can safely get to for termite activity, damage and conditions that may increase the risk.
Termites can be active inside walls or in spots we can't reach. An inspection tells you what we found—it can't promise there's nothing hidden anywhere in the house.
Inside the home
Skirtings, walls and other timber inside we can safely get to.
Roof void
Accessible roof-space timbers and conditions that warrant closer attention.
Subfloor
Accessible structural timbers, supports, moisture and potential concealed entry zones.
External perimeter
External walls, slab edges, entry points and conditions around the building line.
Garden & landscaping
Timber, sleepers, stumps, fences and other nearby materials that can raise risk.
Conducive conditions
Moisture, timber-to-ground contact and access limitations that affect future risk.
Local conditions matter

Before you book

How often should a home be inspected?
The right interval is based on the building, previous termite activity and the conditions found during the inspection. We will explain when the property should be checked again.
What should be accessible on the day?
Please make it possible to reach the rooms, roof and subfloor entry points, outside walls and any areas where you've noticed signs.
Does an inspection include treatment?
No. The inspection checks for termite activity, damage and risk conditions. If treatment is needed, we explain the options and agree on the work separately.
What if termites are found?
We explain where they were found and how serious the problem appears. We then talk through treatment, monitoring or any further checking that may be needed.
